Our premium ramen noodles are imported from Japan by a distributor who has been supplying goods to Japanese restaurants in the US since 1927. Pick from 2 ramen noodle options: Original and Spinach Ramen.
Our broths are made daily from selected parts of pork to ensure a deep rich quality of Tonkotsu Ramen broth. Our "pork based-broth" takes 15 hours to make! This style of ramen broth is originated from the Hokkaido region of Japan. Enjoy our classic Tonkotsu broth with a selection from five popular flavors: Miso, Spicy Miso, Shoyu, Shio, and Mayu Black Garlic Oil.

including the Hot and Sour Seafood Ramen made from non-meat base soup paste - a herbal spicy and citrusy taste of this broth will take your ramen experience from Japan to Thailand. Veggie Ramen Broths are made from dried mushroom and mixed veggie ramen sauce from Japan.
Our Chashu pork is handcrafted by our staff. We select only premium fat balanced-pork belly cuts to make our Chashu Pork. The pork belly is carefully cut by hand then boiled until tender. Next, we leave it to simmer in our kitchen recipe Chashu sauce. This process allows our Chashu Pork to build its flavorful taste and melt in your mouth.
Yakitori means grilled chicken on skewers in Japanese. At Kiseki, we offer a variety of chicken, pork, beef, and a selection of vegetables on bamboo skewers. We cover our skewers with many different kinds of seasoning, then grill them to perfection. Our Yakitori brings the comfort foods from the streets of Japan to our customers here in Livermore.
Our home cooking curry recipe contains NO meat product. It can be a good option for vegetarians. We stewed Japanese curry paste with mixed vegetable for hours to enhanced the flavor and thicken the texture of the curry. This is one of our recommended dishes. You will enjoy the sweetness of the natural ingredients in our curry.
Seasoned premium pork cutlet breaded in flour, eggs and panko. We make our Tonkatsu to order to ensure it's freshness and crispiness. Chicken-Katsu is also available. Our chicken breast is slightly seasoned before being breaded in layers of flour, eggs, and panko, then deep fried to golden brown. The Tonkatsu and Chicken-Katsu can be served as a side dish, put on top of our House-made curry and rice, or simmered in caramelized onion Donburi sauce and running egg yok on top of steamed Japanese rice.
